Claremont Vean is high quality development of 6 3-4 bedroom homes built in the heart of the south west . They are two-storey detached dwellings within a gated complex, each with private gardens and off road private parking. We took over the project and completed the building regulations along with getting further planning permission for an additional 3 bed dwelling. We also submitted planning permission for adding additional garages to the properties. The client wanted homes that were in keeping with the character of the site as well as homes that stood out. Construction began on site in 2020.
