At Kairos, we thrive in planning services, building regulations and construction management. We liaise with clients, structural engineers, contractors and all other construction professionals to provide a service that allows your project to progress as effortlessly as possible. Fully utilising a site to its full potential we ensure that any housing scheme from one dwelling upwards affords the best proposal layouts for each individual site. Your ideas are brought to life in 3D ensuring you get a good view of what your site will look like once completed.

We love Listed and Heritage buildings

Our experience covers all listings with Grade I, Grade II* and Grade II properties. While we can appreciate the beauty and characteristics of a listed or old property we also understand the issues that they may bring with them. We advise on projects, explaining what can and can’t be undertaken to listed buildings and giving advice as to best practices for a property of age. From replacement windows to extensions we can work with you to provide plans and designs that are sympathetic to your property.

If you have a property that requires an extension or you’re looking to change the usage of the building then we can help to design and present the space to be both feasible and in-keeping with the existing property utilising the whole building to create a space that functions to your expectations and beyond.
