Carharrack Methodist Chapel is a Grade II* listed chapel. The application was for the conversion of the redundant and decaying building into a family dwelling. Our expertise and liaising with Historic England and a plethora of supporting documents, ensured that the application was successful. The designs are minimalistic ensuring that the character and history of the building are retained for generations to enjoy while allowing this beautiful building to be restored and lived in to give it a new lease of life.
Grade II* properties are renowned to be difficult when wanting to make any changes, even simple repairs, but with careful navigating and through open discussions it is possible to upkeep and enjoy these properties.
